Bike with other LA Explorers on May 3rd

As we all know, Google is very good at bringing their Explorers together. It was only about two weeks ago that Explorers went running with each other. Sadly, I couldn’t attend the little running event, but from the statuses I seen about it, it was a good time.

Google is once again gathering up the Los Angeles Explorers, but this time they are going on a bike ride instead of a run. This up-coming Saturday, May 3rd, at the LA Google Office, Explorers can meet fellow Explorers and the Google Glass team for breakfast. After breakfast, there will be an 11 mile bike ride along the water to the Manhattan Beach Pier. For the Explorers who stick around after the bike ride, there will be a photo walk #throughglass along the Manhattan Beach Pier to the Roundhouse Aquarium.

Explorers HAVE to bring their own bikes. Bikes WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, so do not forget your bike. If you do not have a bike, then you can always borrow one from a friend or rent one from a shop. It shouldn’t be too expensive to rent a bike for a few hours.

If you’re interested in attending the event, then you can RSVP on EventBrite.
