Connecting to iPhone

Now that you have setup Google Glass to be discoverable, it’s now time to pair your iPhone with Google Glass. To pair the two devices, you need to go to the settings on your iPhone. Inside of your settings, you need to tap on bluetooth. Once you tap the bluetooth section under settings, your iPhone should search for and display nearby bluetooth devices. Google Glass should be one of the devices displayed under the bluetooth settings. If Google Glass is there, then tap on it.

At this point, you should see a passkey on Google Glass and a dialog box on your iPhone. Make sure the passkey on Google Glass matches the one in the pairing request dialog box on the iPhone. If it does match, then hit the pair button on your iPhone. You may have to tap the bluetooth card on Google Glass as well.

At this point your Google Glass and iPhone should be paired. With that being said, you may want to install the MyGlass for iOS app. Most of Google Glasses functions work with iPhone’s bluetooth, but if you want turn-by-turn directions then you’re going to need to install the MyGlass app. The MyGlass App for iOS also helps you manage Google Glass apps.
