If you are not the lucky one to be a part of the Google Glass Explorer program and own one piece of the tiny eyewear computing gadget, here’s one more chance for you. Also, this time you don’t have to be located in New Year, San Francisco or Los Angeles. Even you don’t need to send a plea to the search giant explaining how you will use the device.

Google announced it is expanding its Glass Explorer program and want more and more people to now try the high-tech spectacle.

Google writes, “So over the next few weeks, all Explorers will have the opportunity to invite three friends to join the program. They’ll be able to buy Glass online and can have it shipped to their home, office, treehouse or igloo. We’re counting on you to get Glass to the people you think will make great Explorers. More Explorers means more feedback, and more feedback means better Glass.”

For the existing users of the gadget Google is offering a new version of it and it is now compatible too with the prescription frames and future shade lines.

Until now Google has been working in adding up new features to the Google Glass and also a handful of third-party apps such as Facebook, Evernote and Twitter are now available on it. A full-blown app store is also expected to arrive early next year.

As of now Google has maintained silence when the wearable will commercially hit the stores and at what price tag. It has been rumored lately the Glass may be launched early next year.

According to Financial Times, more than 10,000 people are currently using Google Glass and with the second chance program for buying the device the company expects around 40,000 people will start using it.
